Message from the Controller of Examinations

The Examination Office is a cornerstone of Gandaki University, responsible for safeguarding the integrity, fairness, transparency, and credibility of our examination and evaluation system.
As Controller of Examinations, I am committed to building a system that is fair, efficient, secure, and technology-enabled, one that advances academic excellence and strengthens the trust of students, faculty, and all stakeholders.
Our work will span the entire examination cycle: question-paper management, examination conduct, evaluation, result processing, academic records, and certification. We will advance digital transformation, quality assurance, confidentiality, timely service, and academic integrity, while continually reviewing and improving our practices.
We will work closely with University leadership, Deans, faculty, administrative staff, and students to create a student-centred examination system aligned with international standards. Our shared goal is that every examination reflects the academic standards, values, and pursuit of excellence that define Gandaki University.
